Most standard shipments are sent through USPS, UPS ground, or FedEx ground. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Orders placed after 10am Eastern Time may require +1 day to process. For example, orders placed after 10am on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Most standard shipments sent from the US are shipped through USPS, but are handed off to your local mail carrier once it arrives in the destination country.
Orders typically take 5-15 business days to reach international destinations, but can sometimes take as long as 4-6 weeks for some destinations. It ultimately depends on where you live and what you've ordered... we wish we could give better specifics than that, but due to the complexities of international shipping we cannot. Orders can require up to 3-5 days to process.
International orders may ship from any of our three warehouses located in the US or our International partner warehouses depending on your location and stock availability.

VAT Taxes & Duties
International orders are shipped and duties and taxes may be due upon delivery.
Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from the United States or from our international warehouses. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered.
We will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office before ordering.
Large Items / Bulk Orders:
Larger items and bulk orders have their own unique shipping cost depending on size and weight. You will see shipping total at checkout for each item.
Some items such as large furniture may also take an additional 5-7 business days to process completely for shipment. So please add this to the total estimate time of arrival.
Military Bases. APO/FPO, or P.O. Box
All orders shipping to a PO Box must ship via USPS.
For APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipments. These shipments can take up to 5 additional business days.
If you are an active service member stationed at an APO we will try our very best to get your order to you, however, we are sometimes unable to support shipping to your location. If this ends up being the case we will offer you a full refund.
Tracking Your Order
We will provide a tracking number when the order ships. The shipping carrier website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24 hours on the shipper’s website.

Orders totaling $1000.00 and above will be shipped "signature required" upon delivery.
